Re-use of old railway carriages

There used to be an old carriage (no idea what) at Donington Park race circuit positioned at one of the corners which was used for hospitality. I assume it was removed as part of the failed plans to bring the British GP to the circuit a few years back.

There used to be a restaurant near Dulverton in Devon known as the 'Starlight Express' which was based on a caravan park, in 2 compartment mk1s with the kitchen in the guard's compartment. Went there on a family holiday in the mid 1990s but tried to find it years later and there was no sign...

Bridgeview Station Cafe in Dundee uses an old 4-wheel coach as, I believe, a private function room.

The station isn't the original Magdalen Station, but is built to the same design.

There's a camping coach at Rogart on the Far North LIne - and they offer 10% discount for those arriving by train.

I remember that one. It's been there since at least 1993, when the European Grand Prix was on, leading to the rather incongruous image of Ayrton Senna in a McLaren (one of the most advanced cars ever to be used in F1) blasting towards us with a blood and custard MkI in the background. McLaren were still sponsored by Marlboro at the time, so the colours almost matched.

Theres a MK2 air conditioned coach at the West Someret Railway in Minehead thats a Tea Room/Cafe, there was one there before in a Mk1 coach as well though i cannot find a photo.
At the East Kent Railway the Walmer Model Railway society houses their layouts in a Mk 1 coach
