153s don't operate on the Tyne Valley LineClass 153 to Carlisle.
That definitely isn't the case; I've used that line regularly for the last 15 years and have never seen either a 144 or a 153 on the Tyne Valley Line. With the exception of the VTEC diverts in the Autumn (which are non stop between Newcastle and Carlisle), all passenger services are operated by 142s and 156s. There was talk of 158s taking over the line at some point, but this hasn't happenedThey have a single diagram with a 144. One way only, runs the other way as an ECS.
Isn't the Windermere line now 153s and 156s?Class 185 to Windermere

I thought they only operated Manchester to Blackpool now, is this not the case?Mainly but 4 185s remain with Northern until next month.

In that case, i'll take a 153 from Windermere to OxenholmeNah, they work interchangeably with all ex TPEx routes.
