I saw the above loco crawling through Birmingham Moor St this morning, presumably on its way to Worcester and Hereford where according to ITV Central it will be hauling the Royal Train tomorrow. Would be great if there were some photographers around to take some shots.

Yes,6201 did arrive at Hereford today on royal train.

Its an excellent video but how does 6201 work Mk2 stock with only a vacuum brake? Stink box on back seems to be working as well out of Cheltenham. Must be some fancy plumbing somewhere!

It's dual braked, you can see the air pipes below the buffer beam.

It does seem a pity that Ollie Cromwell is vac brake only, doesn't it; wouldn't you to see Charles's face to see that on the front one day. :D

OK so where have they fitted the Air Pump? Cannot miss it on Britannia but not so visible on Lizzie!
