Rule book module TW 5 Section 15 (15.7)

My traction has built in HABD. If this activates, it mentions in 15.7 -

unless a rolling stock technician is immediately available, examine the axle box concerned to check whether it is overheated.

Do we then need to apply 15.4 - checking for evidence of overheating?
