Morning,

Does anyone know safeguarded travel facilities (boxes and Priv fares) valid on domestic services out of St. Pancras to Kent.

Yes, of course.

HS1 is just the name of the line. The service is just a bog-standard National Rail service, regardless of what SouthEastern may want it to sound like.

Yes facilities are available on Southeastern's high speed services from St Pancras, the fastest domestic trains in the country and the only way to ride on HS1 without a passport.

You should have no issues whatsoever. Despite HS1 being magically outside of the Oyster zones, it is still an integrated part of National Rail.
