saturday XC HST

1223 Plymouth-Glasgow Central was a HST today, I didn't know XC worked HSTs on weekends so is this a one off or is it a normal working, Are there any other weekend XC HST diagrams?

I've only seen two XC's HSTs in Glasgow recently. The 09:00 Glasgow Central - Penzance was an HST on Saturday a couple of months ago, as was a nightime arrival from the south a few weeks ago.

That was the only XC HST I've seen working in Scotland on a Saturday,

There are upto Four HST diagrams in operation on Saturdays/Sundays, though the times can vary sometimes from week to week.

1223 is normally a HST, is the same M-F too

on a M-F the ones that leave new street heading towards Plymouth are 0812 and 1112
