If possible could someone tell me if it is the dots or shapes test that scotrail use during assesments?

And also if they are computer or paper based?

Yeah, group bourdon. Can't speak for other First TOC'S however.

I'm not applying to work for a TOC, am applying for a position in one of FirstGroup's centralised roles. Then get sent out to a TOC when trained if I'm thinking right...
