Single car on B'ham to Stourbridge

Does anyone know what the single Blue car that is moving up and down the line from B'ham to Stourbridge Junc!

This is all i can tell you at the moment as my mother tells me when she happen see it pay the house!

It past Langley Green around 09:53 to Stourbridge Junc!

It was this train. No arrival time at Crewe TMD though. Possibly terminated in the station?

Yes, it seemed it terminated at Crewe station because the return working shows a start from Crewe platform 7.
