Southern delay repay - queuing outside the station

Not sure how to submit their delay repay form. I was queuing at Victoria for 2 hours as we slowly moved forward to the platforms. Do I put the train I was due to catch if there was no queue until the train I actually got on?

That is what I would do. Add a comment in the textbox on the form saying so too.

Select Reason for claim as “Other - tell us about your about your delay” to get the text box to appear.

Put down the train you intended to catch.
