East Midland Trains' HSTs are really getting around on charters this year.

Not my thing personally but has the recipe to be a very popular one for the normals, a merrymaker style trip - cheap day out to the Christmas markets, leisurely enough start and finish times on an Intercity train.

Enthusiasts on the other hand might be interested in the rearity of a HST to Scarborough.

How do you know it's a tram? I can't see it saying so on the Spitfire site?

Click on 'Tour Calendar' (top right hand side of home page). It says in the listing that it's an EMT tram.

Obviously a mistake; it says it's on 'Saturday 26th November 2009' but 26/11/09 wasn't a Saturday.
