Anyone planning on seeing it at the cinema? I know that Odeon have got a new cinema format (can't remember what it's called), if I have the choice between watching the new Star Wars movie in that new format or IMAX (either @ Southampton or Waterloo), which format is the better format to watch it in?

btw; here's the new trailer:

I'm very much looking forward to seeing it.

I've recently re-watched all the film's with my Star Wars mad six year old and it's been great seeing them through new eyes. Although it made me remember how poor the prequels were! I watched The Force Awakens with him last week and I've promised to take him to see The Last Jedi at Christmas.

Oddly, his 9 year old Northern lives Star Trek and couldn't care less about Star Wars!

Mostly Glasgow-ish. Mostly.
Got plans to see this at least twice in my two favorite cinemas in two different countries. Going to see a new Star Wars movie every Christmas is fast becoming my new favorite thing.

Does anyone know which IMAX screen is bigger between the Odeon next to London Waterloo and the Odeon at Southampton (think it's around the West Quay area)? If it's London it might be worth me making a day trip out of it to see the film in London. Don't know how the IMAX format compares with the new format that Odeon have got

I'll go and see it, though I'm unsure about the title. Literally unsure: Jedi is both a singular and plural noun, so are we referring to one Jedi or several?
