That's going to be quite a list, Alex! 99% of the answer can be obtained off the maps attached to the National Rail Timetable online version... if you clarify what the info is needed for, perhaps there's an easier way of answering the question without a list of literally hundreds of stations (presuming you mean "pass through" as in without stopping).

Go on NRE

Type in Aberdeen - Penzance (direct trains only)

Search for trains

Select "Show Calling Points"

Enjoy.....

EDIT: Well, if you want the stations they pass through, go on Project Mapping and download the all stations map....

There are a hell of a lot..
I can only help with Cardiff - Nottingham though.

The best way is to look on a rail map.

Severn Tunnel Junction,
Caldicot,
Chepstow,
Lydney?
Ashchurch?
All the stations leading up to Birmingham on the same line as University, Bournville?
Long Eaton
Beeston
Attenborough?

That's to name the few I can actually think of off the top of my head.

Errr, Smethwick!
Aberdeen-Penzance:
Dore (dubious as it's only on Hope Valley route)

Norwich-Liverpool:
....Chesterfield
Dronfield
Dore......

I interpreted the OP's query to require stations a train would stop at if it called at all en-route. So Aberdeen to Penzance couldn't use the platform at Dore, despite passing within yards, but Norwich to Liverpool would call there after Sheffield.

Hey, OP, with the exception of Nottingham-Cardiff I put in a fair bit of effort compiling those lists you asked for. A bit of gratitude wouldn't go amiss would it? It was boring rather than difficult to do, so bearing in mind you couldn't be bothered to do it yourself............

Sorry to say mumrar that the OP got banned so you're not going to be getting any thanks from them. However it was an interesting list so you have my thanks :)
