Reference the image. Not been there since the extension works (and Bogie Drop) were installed, but good to see (Googly earth) that the London end of 16 road was kept in the end. Original plans had that road removed completely, until it was pointed out that every available bit of stabling space would still be needed....

As it is a new month, it is time for me to post an update of the list of 458 & 455 that I have not recorded working in passenger service for over a month. But, as no one else has posted to this thread since my posts of 18/09 and 25/09, RUK may well auto-merge this post to be another edit of 18/09, but I hope not. I did not have a crystal ball on 18 Sep 2022 to predict the situation on 02 Oct 2022, and this is a fresh post being made on 02 Oct 2022, but the most recent date on this thread will probably remain 18 Sep 2022. If this occurs, it won't appear as a highlighted Watched thread and this update will go unnoticed.

This is the last date that I have noticed them appear on a passenger train on RTT. This date is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, but it shouldn't be out by more than a day or so, bar any typos on my part.

U.5717 & U.5916 were on 5B39 10+01 Wimbledon Park To Bournemouth Depot on Fri 30/09 for C6 overhaul.

Both are C4, not C6. 5707 is the current C6 unit.

That was a test run within depot limits. Tomorrow it should go on a mainline test run, requested not confirmed. The Park test runs are usually to Effingham or Hampton Court and back. As there looks to be Effingham to Wimbledon and back route learnings during the day with a loco (0Z24), maybe Hampton Court.......
