TfW Class 67+Mk4 sets: trip planning/experiences, diagram updates etc

Yesterday was very poor with 67010 having issues at Crewe after going on HD07, (subsequently being removed and replaced by 67020) and HD06 having door integrity issues at both Canton and Newport.
67010 ran with 014 for attention of DB at Crewe ETD- 010 for repairs, 014 for C exam.

Status for next week:
67013+HD01 planned to head from ETD to ATC tomorrow following work, available from Tuesday.
67022+HD02 In service (1V33 diagram Monday)
67015+HD03 In service (1V91 diagram Monday)
67029+HD04 In Service (1V31 diagram Monday) Stops for 2 day exam when returns to Crewe after service on Monday.
67016+HD05 On exam but planned to be available from Tuesday.
67017+HD06 In service (1W11 diagram Monday)
67020+HD07 In service (1W13 diagram Monday)

67008 now on HD01 rather than 67013.

HD05 will visit the wheel lathe at Crewe ETD tomorrow too so HD01/02/03/06/07 will be the servicable rakes for the next couple of days, 04 on an exam and 05 tyre turning.

1V50 is still showing as going through to Swansea from next Monday, hopefully this takes place as it'll be the first time 1V50 has made it to Swansea on a weekday since the December TT change!

On Traksy, 1W59 seems to still be at Cwmbran. TfW journey check says disruption to 2100. This seems to be a difficult recovery.

There must be more to it than simple integrity (interlock) fault. If it was just that, a flick of a couple of switches can override/isolate it to get it on the move empty.
There's been several fleet specialists sent out to the rake and still struggled to get it on the move.

A pretty disastrous afternoon on the Marches yesterday unfortunately almost as soon as the line reopened, person hit by a train near Cwmbran closing the line again.

Today sees HD01/02/03/07 out.

If repairs are complete on HD06 it is hoped to get it to Crewe tonight on either 10:53 Cardiff to Manchester and work the rest of the diagram or just on the 18:53 from Cardiff to get it to Crewe for a loco swap with 67029 replacing 67017.

1V91 has been cancelled this morning - "due to a problem with the traction equipment" - according to RTT

Does anyone know what the issue is?

HD06 isn't now expected back until Friday at the earliest so the swap kept 2 rakes at Canton for tonight, W11 diagram will be a unit in its entirety tomorrow.

67029 at Crewe on HD04 has been diagnosed with faults on its exam and can no longer run, 67005 ran across to ATC with 67013, 005 then took 029 back to the ETD with 013 going onto HD04, the exam on that rake has been delayed due to this.

Tomorrow, HD02 will finish at Crewe and planned for a loco swap with 67022 coming off and 67010 (planned to go from ETD to ATC tomorrow morning) going onto it.

Do we know what is on 1W61 tomorrow? I was briefly worried that is the same diagram as 1W11, but after going back a couple of pages it seems that it is a different diagram.

At least 18:30 from Piccadilly is quieter than the 16:30 and the 17:30 if a 197 is substituting. I do not know what the impacts on other peaks elsewhere on the line are.
