Indeed it is Stalybridge. The final clue would have been.....

1/ This station is west of Sheffield
2/ This station is served by two TOC's
3/ This station has through platforms and bay platforms
4/ This station was recently electrified
5/ The bay platform 2 on this station only sees service once a week when a parliamentary train runs
