I’ll second this. I recall the sequences get longer as test progresses and the tones come quickly too. I was concerned about this part of the day beforehand but it really wasn’t as bad as it sounds. My own view is that you’ll either be able to do this or you won’t, I’m not sure there is an effective way you can learn to do this, but if you concentrate and stay calm you will be fine.
I followed all the good advice on this forum and got a good nights sleep, gave myself plenty of time to get to the test centre, no caffeine before hand, good breakfast - That at least gave me the confidence of knowing I’d prepared as well as I could. Just make sure you give yourself the best chance you can!
