In an attempt to move away from the Plymouth area, we take the ten minute/0.5 Mike walk to Devonport Station, where, by just being within the two hour wait period, we board the 2117 Great Western Railway service 2M77 to Highbridge & Burnham, arriving there at 2326 on Friday evening.

As there are no onward connections for the rest of the evening, after an overnight wait we board the 0652 First South West Buses of Somerset service 21 alighting at Burnham-on-Sea (Sea View Road) at 0701 on Saturday morning.

We walk the 7 minutes (0.4 miles) to Worle station and there board GWR's 1016 Castle Class HST service towards Penzance. We alight at Camborne at 1418 on Saturday.

The 50 is actually Stagecoach West, its a new service that launched earlier this week .
