Invalid. One is not permitted to stay on the same bus unless it is the return journey from a terminating point.

There was a 23.30 service 1 to Great Yarmouth bus garage and one was also within walking distance of the railway station..

A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
Again, it was just a general comment, not aimed to halt/disrupt the game.
If you look back, the comment was not made following the queried posting that was made, which would have validity, but not made until two further postings that were made, which is a different kettle of fish, as the position of that posting was one that assumed matters should be halted in case the thread-flow was disrupted. That is why I asked should any postings be struck-through.

Just my view on reading the above, not taking sides or anything, I don't see anything wrong with the recent gameplay. There's nothing in the rules to say that the latest available services towards the end of a day should always be taken.

I don't see anything wrong with calling it a night at 21:45 on a Friday and waiting until 05:40 on Saturday in this instance a) because of the time of day and b) because of the location options are extremely limited. I would quite probably have done the same thing as bnsf734 and certainly wouldn't have expected it to be questioned or against the rules. In a bigger city where multiple options are available, yes, it would be different.

I don't feel comfortable making a post to continue the gameplay in case others feel differently, but in my opinion, post #50660 by ValleyLines is where things should be continued from.
