Perhaps that particular Fincham in the Merseyside area was the name of a settlement that was encompassed by a larger settlement. The only Fincham known to me is the village that is about a dozen miles south of Kings Lynn in Norfolk.* The timetable on Huyton Travel's website states Page Moss, but looking on Google Maps the terminus looks to be in a place called Fincham? And I'm very familiar with Liverpool but must admit i cant say I've heard of that before!
