Don't forget that we need to know that it arrives at 1602 on Friday...

We take the very short walk around the corner to the stop by the Dog Inn and await Claribel Coaches service 75A which we board at 1632. We alight at NEC / Birmingham International Station, stop SB at 1701 on Friday.

We leave Leicester by taking the 0.4 mile walk to Charles St (stop CJ) and awaiting the 1400 Arriva Midlands service X6 towards Coventry which we take as far as Hinckley (The Crescent bus station, stand CB) where we alight at 1448 on Friday.
I was actually going to use this service all the way to Coventry!

Sadly, the last X50 departed over two hours ago so we have a bit of a wait at this very open station, as we head up to platform 3 and wait for the 2245 Great Western Railway service 1W41 to Worcester Foregate Street, arriving there at 2258 on Friday evening.

Let's stroll for 8 minutes (0.4 mile) to Shrub Hill station. We wait a while, but well within the 2 hour ask, and board 2C10, GWR's 0858 service towards Westbury, alighting at Bradford-on-Avon at 1116 on Saturday.

S6 is the only bus serving Faringdon, so to save heading back to Swindon we wait the next service, the 2117 Stagecoach West Gold service S6 to Oxford (Frideswide Square), arriving there at 2200 on Saturday evening.

Let's take advantage of the overnight rule, but then without waiting an hour and a half after the frst bus out to avoid another S3, we are stuck, so let's take the 0633 Stagecoach Oxfordshire S3 as far as Woodstock (opp Blenheim Palace) where we arrive at 0656 on Sunday.

I'm noting this as Stagecoach Oxfordshire rather than West as whilst from a management perspective they are now both managed from Goucester as one, the brand on bustimes and their own website is still showing as Oxfordshire. Also, DVSA still shows them as two separate legal entities (Cheltenham & Gloucester Omnibus Co Ltd and Thames Transit Ltd).
Either way, hopefully my intentions are crystal clear!
