Well basically quite a few years ago (I still skateboard nowadays) I was attempting a trick on a rather large halfpipe (I was wearing alot of protection) and manage to land in such a funny angle on my arm when I fell that I manage to dislocate my elbow.
Just to explain when you dislocate an elbow it isn't a case of a quite POP and it's back in you usually end up cracking the socket joint and your funny bone along with it so not very fun.
As you can see my arm is well and truly Dislocated and just incase your trying to figure out how you would attempt to put it back in YES MY ARM TWISTED 180 DEGGREES
