When I said left the EU I meant as in we're no longer bound by any agreements. Once that happens surely only stock passing through the tunnel needs to carry an EVN.

Unless that Statutory instrument is withdrawn, it still applies and UK stock needs to have an EVN. There is neither a need, nor urgency, to withdraw it
