Looking at Traksy app and I notice there appears to be a train in Rochester which hasn’t moved for hours. I assume it ain’t moved since before Xmas, and the workings I see are not right. What is this, and what working is it going to do when it does move?

Looks like two 700s are stabled - one in platform 3 and the other in the down loop - the headcodes are their workings on 27 December.
