That's a mail train (Willesden Princess Royal Distribution Centre (aka Royal Mail) to Shieldmuir MAIL Terminal...) - will be one or more Class 325 EMU units (like this: https://flic.kr/p/ERHFRb ) with their tell-tale blue (roller door) lights on the side that you saw.
Will need someone with a "magic box" if you want the specific unit numbers.

The former was on the depot at Craigy last week, but I don't know for how long. The latter was going around with 43206 last week but i've seen 43206 going around with 43309 today, so it could also be in the depot...
EDIT: I've just been told that my suspicions have been confirmed, that both of these have no allox today. Never mind!
