On OpenTrainTimes there is what looks like a light loco in Southport station, this time on platform 2. Can anybody tell me what it is please.
Its unusual to see a loco, or what is a assume is a loco as its scrambled headcode is 032R

As of 12.30 the following locos were at that location with no further departures or arrivals before 3pm,
