According to some folks these 3 locos were sold before they went up for sale. I'm guessing they are going to beacon rail for gbrf.

4, 14 and 18 are in the bank line, so there will have to be some shunting etc to get them out, perhaps the start of moving them on / scrapping. I suspect they must be for parts.

4,14 and 18 were part of the Wabtec deal announced a while ago that seemed to go nowhere. I wonder if this is a sign Wabtec/DBS has either reduced or cancelled the deal

Wasn’t this deal for GBRf ultimately but then ended up going to Colas for their 60s?

Sounds like 4,14 and 18 may have a future beyond donating parts

I think there's a few like 60065 which haven't been refurbished but haven't been stored that long i.e 2015. I'm not sure on 004/014/018 but they appear to be some of the last of the class to be stored (could be wrong).

I think DB may get more interest if they offer to overhaul them into super 60s

60004 and 018 stored 2009 014 2008.
