All Southeastern operated stock have their dynamic braking enabled and are capable of rheo and regen braking.

The recent enablement of the BREL built 465's dynamic braking had nothing to with the leaf fall season and what makes you not sure it's permanent?

Really? Only going by what a mate who works for SET told me ...

E* = Electrostar

I'd suggest we only use "E*" as an abbreviation for "Eurostar", as that's more common, in my view!

I guess you probably use this abbreviation when making notes etc. about Electrostars from day to day, but a lot of us may not! :)

By the way, this is a very interesting thread, and it has cleared a few things up about certain stock for me - excellent!
