You can also spawn them into any route you have, but for the 323 you'd need overhead juice too (UK methinks).

I've noticed that with the Thameslink 700/0 on SEHS Extended that some stations require you to stop at the FLU markers to get the correct stop accuracy, despite the fact that the /0 is the RLU variant.

Not much, really. Many of their routes and locos have inaccuracies.
