The Garlieston branch ran to the mill at the harbour.
In Inverness, as well as the harbour branch, there was one to Muirtown basin of the Caledonian Canal.
Presumably Garlieston grew a bit bigger when the Mulberry Harbours were trialled!

Would the Tregantle Military Railway qualify? I suppose it depends on whether Wacker Quay could be said to be a port. The Quay comprises two jetties, and supplied two fortifications constructed to deter a French invasion of Devonport. At the end of the 19th century, there was a standard gauge military railway. Most of the line consisted of an incline, with sidings at the top and bottom. There was no other access to the forts (other than footpaths) apart from the quay.. Two locomotives were supplied for shunting, one at the top, the other at the bottom.
