Having re-read the OP, I don’t think the Sleeper, HST & IETs count!

Some of those I had no idea about. The original Swindon for example. But...
...but examples mainly must account for a period of up to a year, as opposed to the number of traction over the course of 150 years.

I've also been on doubled up 153s working the Cheltenham - Maesteg and they have also been used to add capacity to the 150s on the route

I didn''t include 153s to Maesteg as I quoted only booked workings. They are, as you say, seen quite often and quite often single ones work to Cheltenham.

The Moor That Is Low
Huddersfield to Leeds via Bradford Interchange (the train I catch most). So a true 'single service' in the spirit of the OP.

In the last 12 months I've had:
142
144
150
153
155
156
158

If you consider the BDI to Low Moor leg only, you can add 180s to that

If you include SWR services to Salisbury/Waterloo you get classes 143, 150, 153, 158 and 159 (plus GWR diverts may also give the line HSTs and IETs)

Plymouth-Penzance:
class 150, class 153, class 158, class 255, class 802 and HSTs
