Certainly not as difficult as some of those already listed, including the nearby Holmfirth branch. The old station site has a modern housing development and a supermarket on it so that's a problem, but most of the trackbed is a cycle path so is undeveloped:- the one gap in the cycleway is down to an unsympathetic landowner but whilst a compulsory purchase wasn't viable for that, it might be for a railway. There's no viaducts to rebuild unlike Holmfirth though. Making a business case is another matter though!I suppose the Meltham Branch?
Most of the closed lines on isles of Wight and Man would be tough to reinstate.
