Eh? Expenses? Do you actually know who Alan Yentob actually is?

"In July 2009 he was revealed to have accumulated a pension worth £6.3m, giving an annual retirement income of £216,667 for the rest of his life. This is one of the biggest pensions in the public sector"

Is that the same Alan?

I do yes and like I said I can back up everything I say which is why the BBC people don't like me :D

Mr Yentob, whose basic salary is more than £300,000 a year, also filed a £120 claim for a single cake and £25 for repairing the DVD player in his BBC car.

He received 24p for a phone call, 67p for a "prop" used in "filming a sequence for Imagine" and £1.69 for a single cab journey.

In 2002, this newspaper revealed Mr Yentob hosted a glittering showbiz party at his mock-Tudor mansion in Somerset ? leaving licence-fee payers to pick up the bill.

BBC's Alan Yentob complains he has to travel 'second class' even if he can find cheaper ticket in first

Go on ask me more

I find it hilarious that you think I work for the BBC! Anyone who knows me on here will know that patently isn't true!

So people in public services shouldn't get pensions?

Of course they should but if they want megabucks perhaps they should try getting a job in the private sector.

Also wants wrong with them paying for their own pensions like the private sector does?

No its the truth which is why it upsets the BBC posse. Lets be honest there are loads of other broadcasters but you don't get their viewers doing this like robots.

I've not got any vested interest in this thread, but to call someone "Aspergers", "obsessed" and (most bafflingly) accuse them of being on the BBC payroll for merely presenting their argument rather waters down your own. Ad hominem waters down a viewpoint as much as so-called "insults".

Ah, so it's jealousy about his pension?

Been there, done it, now time for the bad moods after the chocolate/sweet hangovers to be worked off it seems!
