The UEFA team of the tournament has been announced containing three England players - Harry Maguire, Kyle Walker and Raheem Sterling.

Harry Maguire missed the first couple of games but his subsequent performances put him in contention. Kyle Walker and Raheem Sterling were consistent performers and deserve their places

Uefa Team of the Tournament: Gianluigi Donnarumma (Italy); Kyle Walker (England), Leonardo Bonucci (Italy), Harry Maguire (England), Leonardo Spinazzola (Italy); Jorginho (Italy), Pierre-Emile Højbjerg (Denmark), Pedri (Spain); Federico Chiesa (Italy), Romelu Lukaku (Belgium), Raheem Sterling (England)

No arguments from me.
Can’t really argue with that, though Luke Shaw must have been in contention. Very hard to pick between Shaw and Spinazzola as they both had excellent tournaments.

The FA is fined £26,600 by UEFA for booing the Danish national anthem and various other semi-final offences ...

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/57788267

And more is to come after the final.

Now we know what they're going to do with the £80,000 or so that they raked in in fines from Dover Athletic, Bradford and other impoverished non-league clubs who couldn't afford to play (in most cases) non-existent null-and-voided fixtures during the pandemic.

The accusers become the accused!

£26,600 isn't worth it for booing the Danish anthem. The Danes are nice!

It would be worth it for booing the Scottish one though, anyone want a whip round?

(kidding!)

The Scots got a considerably lower fine for booing the England National Anthem several years back
Was their defence that GSTQ is in fact their own anthem and they'll boo if they like?

(alright I'll stop)
