That the path for the Belmond British Pullman but its a regular path.

Think it's a path used for 'posh-ex' trains to Chatsworth, but not regularly used. Just in the timetable for when it does run.

I think it's a reserved path for the Belmond Pullman trip to Chatsworth House though a cursory glance at their website indicates that it's not running tomorrow.

Correct, runs only a handful of times a year.
