So is this listing which type of unit runs each service? So 444 if stated and if blank, 450?

I don't believe this is official or anything, merely what Tom has mocked up.

Unless I am wrong...

That's the official timetable - check what you will, every service is dead accurate.

I've put allocations where I can confirm them already - where I can't I've left it blank until I get the diagrams.

It's primarily based on a journey planner and a document with all the data in which SWT sent me (the NRT inclusion document).

Updated with stock allocations.

Additional codes on 'up' timetable:
J - additional 5 coaches at Bournemouth
JS - additional 4 to 5 coaches at Southampton Central
JE - additional 4 to 5 coaches at Eastleigh

Additional codes on 'down' timetable:
D - divides at Bournemouth, front 5 coaches to Weymouth
DS - divides at Southampton Central, front 5 coaches to Weymouth

One to note, is Brock Up Loop will be available, going both ways.

But thanks to Tom for posting, we know what 444 services are available now!

Are the Romsey-Scum-Salisbury services really going to be 4 car 158s?
Its ironic that Salisbury to Scum is by far the least crowded section of the Cardiff to Portsmouth Route that FGW have reduced to 2 car only.

2 158 is 2 coaches of 158, surley you could work that out by things like "10 444" and "12 450?"

Jim, excuse my ignorance, but does that mean that both Brockenhurst loops are being used at last regularly, or will they just use the present one that the Wareham shuttle uses?

In my experience Soton-Salisbury is always busy!

The one that is currently used, but it will be used by Up (only a handfull) and Down (quite a lot) of services.

The loop will only be used by 2-3 services in the up (from Bomo, will be used by more going towards Soton), but about 15 on the down (all Poole 450s for one).

As a side note, 2S23 gains another 2 coaches at Soton Central, the other 2 come off a Portsmouth & Southsea stopper. I haven't reflected it in the timetable or it'd get too bulky.

First time I use your timetable for checking what my train will be and 2B63 pulls into Waterloo as a 4 car 450 rather than your 5 car 444. Overcrowding central!

Well, finally 'did' the Down-Up and P1 at Brockenhurst today. Took a long time!
At Poole we saw sole 450 001 on the Down Weymouth ...I suppose now they are so common west of Bournemouth that they are not worth commenting on?

Just to resuscitate, two days ago at around 16.20 a 3x450 ECS went in the Up direction through Southampton Tunnel. Does this run to Waterloo?

Just seen either two 450s, around 13.30, one Down and then one Up just past Totton (by the loop gantry). This seems to prove that they are still common down to Brockenhurst and back.

Sorry for later reply. Just checked Waterloo A&Ds, no 12 cars ex bomo/soton for around that time but there is a 12 car set on 1P58 1656 ex Havant? Not sure what these three sets come off. It may also not be a regular working but more of an STP trip so could have replaced an ECS of Clapham?

Engineering work today "at Christchurch" was worth a visit to Brockenhurst: Down trains shunted from P3 to P1 and P2. However the highlight was 444017 on a Poole service at just before 1200 that took the curve into P4 Lymington platform. It eventually shunted over to the loop platform P1. This may have been becaiuse 444038 that had arrived in P3 had not finished moving to P1, and there was an Arriva XC that had to shunt into P2. The Lymington Flyer was late arriving in Brockie, so I assume that it was kept on the branch pending 444017 doing its stuff.
