Are the Reseaus and remaining Atlantiques all set to be withdrawn as a result of the TGV M then?
Yes, this is the goal

TGV-M introduction, on Paris-Lyon/Marseille, will cascade Duplex sets elsewhere to allow at least the Atlantique sets to be retired. But seeing what the Reseau sets are doing, I really don't think they're gonna be retired any time soon

Especially as the Reseau Duplex sets are now gone and the power cars are connected to single deckers trains for regional services (like Lille-Marseille or Rennes-Lyon)

For the train, please bring back the Orange livery, it was just perfect

That was the plan, until someone realized that numbers don’t add up. Travel demand grows faster than expected and the number of new trains ordered won't cope. So 104 older trains will be refurbished for 10 additional years of service. This has been nicknamed Operation Botox. I don't know whether it will concern only réseau sets, or if Atlantic sets might also be retained.

Ahead of the 115 new TGV-M being introduced (which are only at roughly 1 per month from 2025) there is the 'Botox' life extension

Some single decks will get 2-4 year extensions, they will select those in best condition. Some early duplex sets get another 10 years to mid 2030s. To assist the program, upto 3000 parts will be removed from others going for scrap to create a pool of spare parts.

TGV-M at roughly 1 per month is much lower production rate than when the Atlantique and Reseau sets were introduced in 1988-94 (which was nearer 2.5 to 3 sets per month).
