What on-board catering improvements would you like to see over the next few weeks?

As several TOCs bring back catering on board trains, what improvements would you like to see?

Would you prefer to be able to use an app, or would you prefer to visit a static trolley/shop?

LNER announced yesterday the trial of an App for at-seat service.

Given that most people don't like leaving their seats for fear of losing the seat (or their belongings), I suspect this will be popular if marketed properly.

I like the idea of an app though it'd be good if staff would also walk through to take orders occasionally to provide for non-smartphone users.
