What travel restrictions change from the 29th March?

Right so I’ve just been kicked off the station at Shrewsbury as apparently it’s essential travel only. Some people who work on the railways don’t deserve to be on them.

Where an anomaly could arise is if something like trainspotting is reasonable according to English guidelines but not Welsh guidelines, but a station like Shrewsbury is in England but managed by Transport for Wales Rail.

Talking of TfW Rail, I think they still want to discourage train usage judging by the lack of Advance fares.

They're currently releasing Advance tickets 7 days out.

Ok thanks. Maybe they are waiting for the new timetable to be introduced before they go further into the future than that.
