Funny, I was just listing the contents of my spare wallet.

http://www.railforums.co.uk/showpost.php?p=734765&postcount=57

My actual one includes a bank/debit card, a couple of membership cards (RSPB and 125 Group, I think), my library card, some medical information, a US dollar bill, a Jersey oncer, various English and Scottish money (change goes separately) and a letter from a girl I used to know which I can't bring myself to remove.

My Network Card has a wallet all to itself, unless sharing it with various tickets.

Anyone think this should be under General Discussion?

Nothing, because I accidentally washed and tumble dried mine. Warped all my cards and soaked, dried, and mildly toasted a five pound note, and a pile of receipts and railway tickets.

To paraphrase Blackadder, I'm glad I wore my corset today for my sides have truly split.

(Alright, it did raise a sort of smile. My colleague thought I had wind.)

What a really good set of lads you lot are! I'm surprised nobody has, what I would consider anyway, the most obvious item for a male to carry around with them in case they struck lucky! :)

I certainly wouldn't carry £500 around on me.

I've certainly had occasions when I've had more than £1000 cash on me. Generally not for very long, as it's usually going straight from one bank to another. I generally don't carry more than I need to around, though.

I'm not saying anything! Oddly the only photo I've had in my wallet was a passport photo of...myself. I took it with me for some reason or another years ago and didn't need it, so forgot about it. It was a bit of a surprise when 'er indoors saw it and took the ****. My story is I've got plenty of photos on my phone, no need for more wallet fodder.

Not one of you has a picture of your significant other in your wallet? Shame on you lot! :)

My letter's the nearest I've got. I only have only one photo, and I don't want to cut that up. Haven't seen her for three years, and it did not last very long, but the letter is still there. :(

No driving licence just now, as the DVLA have it.

I haven't cleared it out since I got it in 2008 and it's gradually falling apart now. I got it in Australia, so UK notes don't fit in it and have to be folded up
