What i find amusing is that people are worrying in such detail about what is after a Government prestige Project, and as we all know, for all Government Prestige projects (let alone one designed by a regime this incompetent), you can add at least 50% to the timescale and, oh, 200% at the very least to the cost. I really dont' think we need worry yet about whether there'll be any suitable trains that we'll be able to use to manchester.
