Nowhere near enough to a Pacer :(
I would hope they have but wouldnt be shocked if not as after talking with a LU staff member recently the uniforms in her opinion wernt up to hours of intense heat on platforms down on deap tube.
She was also quite chritical of the much trumpeted efforts to make a females uniform suitable and said they ckearly hadnt spoken to any real women!

The waistcoat is compulsory wear for all grades except drivers, who are not issued one. It must be worn at all times, even when wearing the jacket.

The jacket and waistcoat are both wool (not noted for it's cooling or wicking properties).

A lot of TM's wear their jacket while working trains as it allows one to carry float, UFN pad, maps, Ziffa, etc.

We also get briefings on "Fatigue Management", and how important it is to stay hydrated and alert in the warm weather.

I walk 7-9 Km a day on average through trains, if the app on my work-phone is accurate.

Draw your own conclusions, I'm just throwing out random thoughts...

Just... :o

My trains are longer than yours though :p

I draw the conclusion that you need a lot of deoderant and that are delighted when you encounter the trolley on your travels

You got there first, and put it better than I could!

Not worn a TOC uniform (bar virgins old one) that actually fits properly! It has to cater for all shapes and sizes.
