Heres a sample photo:

DSC02339.jpg

Taken on a Tamron 18-200 lense and at 10mp.

I got a Sony because I have lenses that will fit the Sony, which meant I have lots of choice between them.

You can all feel sorry for yourselfs, I like it:P.

That's not a good picture, you've photographed the wrong thing!! It needs to be something like:

Taken with a Kodak EasyShare C613 6.1mp Camera. Looks just as good as some others I've seen.

What are you going to use your camera for other than trains & planes, Fred?

Posh? Struggle to use it?

What are you trying to say?

Well for starters, your photos with an easy camera to use weren't up to much so how on earth is a very complicated camera going to help you, then again you could always stick it on auto! I manage to take good photos on my bridge camera (at least I'd like to hope so :p)

I doubt he knows what half the buttons do

I have two 35mm SLRs, not used them for ages, my dad has a Nikon DSLR, and I know more about them thanks to him teaching me :)

Thing is with FlickR, can make even phone photos look like that.

How's that then?

£50 Samsung P&S, and no editing :D

I don't need an expensive camera, I'd rather try and get the best I can with that one :)

And it fits in my pocket as well as being able to film things on it :p

I must admit Brandon, that shot of the 253 is brilliant!

To be pedantic, its not a 253. Class 253 were Western Region 2+7 (two power cars and seven coaches) sets operating out of London Paddington, Class 254 Eastern Region 2+8 sets (with a second buffet car) operating out of London King's Cross.

Why am I jealous? I'm not jealous about a Sony. I would rather want a VT HST atm.
