On the LNWR side of things, Kings Langley, Apsley, Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted and Long Buckby have all been repainted. That means that AFAIK, only Lichfield Trent Valley (and part of Atherstone) are the only stations operated by LNWR that are yet to be repainted.

Is 350 371 in the new livery. I have seen no pictures or videos of it around. Reply to this with your sightings

Atherstone is now completed and Stone now has West Midlands railway signage.

In a separate note the 110mph capability of 350/2s is live as from 31/12/18 on the entire fleet from a brief we have been given.

It's the only
Thanks @sd0733, very interesting developments indeed! Is Stone the first station after Snow Hill to get proper WMR signage?

It's the first one I've seen yes. Spotted an LNR branded station today with full new signage. Polesworth has been done.

It has just been confirmed by LNR on twitter that the 350/1 refurbishment will start in May 19 and end in May 20 and the 350/2 ill resume in May 19

What work is being done? That seems a long time for just swapping carpets, seat foams and covers. They don't seem to me to need any more than that.
Are they getting an external repaint at the same time? They must be getting close to being due.

Fifty LNR 350 sets will be fitted with 22" TV screens for connectional information, the same infoscreens used by Hull Trains.

So guessing that figure is
30 X 350/1s
10 X 350/3s
and assuming they actually arrive
10 X 350/4s from TPE.

Text
UK: West Midlands Trains is to equip 50 Siemens Class 350 Desiro EMUs with real-time passenger information systems developed by KeTech and Axion, which will include 22 inch screens. Deployment is planned between May 2019 and May 2020. ‘This new system will be a great improvement on what our customers currently experience and will allow us to communicate changes to services more quickly and clearly, as well as helping people plan their onward journeys’, said David Whitley, Head of Customer Experience at the operator.

All 350/2 are now operated at 110mph. Not sure why but they seem to get to 110 much quicker than 1s and 3s, many of the other drivers agree.

Both 323215 and 323242 have lost their additional embellishments. Both now in standard "outgoing" livery

172336 has lost it's Christmas embellishments as well. I would say that it's safe to say that 350376 has too.

I also noticed that the green paint brush is out again on the Cross City at Selly Oak

If WMR ever re-liveried their sprinters, I think that they would look pretty smart. Also I included a Class 172 from LO in the new liveryWMR 153 6.png WMR 172 0.png WMR Class 150.png

Are they your designs or has that been announced as an intended livery? They look pretty good but but I'm curious why the 172 is all black in the middle. If anything I think it does actually looks better that way round, but such a marked difference in livery between classes seems unlikely.

It'll be their own designs. The 172/0s will receive the purple and orange scheme and I'd be surprised if the 150s and 153s were reliveried at all (Though this is the railway so I'm always prepared to be surprised).

Nothing has been announced about the 172/0s. I’d imagine the first we’ll know is when it leaves Tyseley for a press release. The 153 livery is also not PRM compliant because the doors are not a contrasting colour.
