I am noticing on a few pics, that it seems on some services they have a sticker with a number? Is it to indicate the route frequency?
*credit to photographers - The One (double deck) sticker on left "5"
The first of the small batch of Volvo B9TL/Wright Geminis to be repainted for the One group of services is now in service. This complements the single deckers nicely. Caught in Stockwell Street, Glasgow city centre having almost completed a 1C from Drumchapel.

just curious as I have never seen bus companies to display a sticker on the front of a bus to indicate a frequency!
