Howzit?

New member, I'd like to put a pic into the mountains and trains (529) competition. Just asking if there are any restrictions on new members submitting photos in the photo comps, as I'm struggling to upload one. I might add I'm highly computer illiterate, which is more likely why I can't upload one. I'll look up the FAQs, but my computer is pretty slow, so I thought asking you directly might be more efficient.
