Sorry, I'm not too familiar with this, does it refer to specific classes of loco? What about DMUs?

Hydraulics were mainly the western regions diesels such as the warships, westerns and hymeks

If it operates with a Diesel Hydraulic engine then its fine - you'll have to look into it yourself really, I'm not listing every diesel hydraulic as there are loads!

In the UK a Hydraulic is generally a Class 35, Class 42 or a Class 52. But as jordy says there are plenty of others not just UK based the Germans had quite a thing with Hydraulic designs at one point.

Sprinters, Turbostars, Coradias, Adelantes... most 1xx stock would count, they are diesel-hydraulic multiple units after all :)

basically any second gen unit in the 1xx series apart from the PPM and 172 would count - as would 127s

Well at least I have a good number of photos to choose from. However I don't have any diesel hydraulic locomotive shots, only multiple units. I think the multiple units can be just as attractive especially in certain liveries. Looking forward to seeing what everyone else is going to put up. :D
