Nothing showing on RTT from Central yet, but showing an 06:39 arrival from Manchester Victoria with a 06:53 departure to Blackburn.

TfW's units are diesel electric hybrids, so the load on the engines isn't quite as high as LNR's units which draw power from the eninges alone. TfW's units can accelerate from a standstill with power just coming from the batteries and I assume ancillary things like the aircon with draw power...

Thankfully TfW's do have aircon, whereas I don't think LNR's did.

TfW already own the 230s, issues around operating them were to do with ongoing maintenance and intellectual property rights, but I'm assuming TfW has come to an agreement similar to GWR.
