Don't forget if anybody bought individual tickets valued at more than £100 per ticket using a credit card (not debit card) you can contact your credit card issuer and request a refund under section 75 of the consumer credit act. You need to state "I am making a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act" to your credit card issuer.

They also advertised in lot of other newspapers around the North East including the News Post Leader and the Evening Chronicle
Operations suspended indefinitely!
"Rail Blue Charters has announced that it is to suspend operations for the rest of the year at least, following six consecutive charter train cancellations."

They do not say where they've got their information from and there is nothing on the RBC web site.
The last update on the RBC website was on 7th Oct:

"Non-availability of kitchen car - update
While Rail-Blue Charters posted a first class letter to all passengers who were affected by the cancelled trains, it seems that some passengers never received their letter. Should you not have received your letter, please feel free to download the attached form and either email or post to us so that we can process your refund request and provided information.
Please email to [email protected] or post to 32 Sydney Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 1QA.
Due to the volumes involved, we are not able to take any phone calls or respond to individual emails.
Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Hope its not the scrapman. They have good quality stock. I hope an operator buys them and keeps them in blue and grey.
i suppose it depends on who ACTUALLY owns the stock.
Cargo-D own the rolling stock themselves, to the best of my knowledge.i suppose it depends on who ACTUALLY owns the stock.
I think this is the most important point. If they leased or rented the rolling stock then one would assume it would just be returned straight to it's actual owner. However if they owned the stock themselves and they have debts to be serviced (which I assume they do) then it will be sold off to the highest bidder. If that's the scrapman then they will be scrapped.
