Finally seen double headed 50s go thru Exeter
I was in the car park watching. It sounded like he opened them up going through the station. Think I'll pop up to Stoke Cannon for the return.

Yes, NRM Doesn't necessarily take a full day to visit though. 3-4 hours max I would say.

Well it seems at long last I get me wish.
Saturday 23rd June double headed 50s to Penzance on pathfinder rail tour.
Not sure when the last time a 50 was in Penzance.
Yeah, looking at over £200 with railtour ticket and travel to Birmingham and hotel etc for me, as much as it would great on have been on it, I will head to Penzance to see it then back to dawlish for a shot of it along sea wall for the much cheaper price of £25.I saw that and was tempted, however I probably won't do it due to overall cost (not just the tour, but getting to/from the tour plus accommodation).
