Oh i see, it's alright for others to run hate campaigns, to the point that moderators endorse them!!

Whats the problem with Hull? Even the one of the MP's seems a great guy. And there is the Humber Bridge nearby, 25 years old this year.

The Humber bridge is wonderful, but it links Hessle with Barton Upon Humber :D ;)

Indeed, nearby I said. Planning to take a trip to Hull somewhen this summer - never been to that part of the world.

I would ask if there is anything good to see / do in Hull for a couple of hours but from the title of this thread I get the feeling I might be wasting my time asking.

There wasn't anything much at most of the other 428 stations I have visited!!

Don't tell Jim, but there is a pizza hut in Hull

but if it wasn't for hull we wouldn't have Devvo!!

According to a book ive got, Hull is britains no.1 crap town! It is also the most obease town.

Theres one good thing about hull though, Hull Trains, they're pretty nippy and can get you out of hull to further afield places in a few hours :D

Oh dear, some people just don't get jokes

Hull does have some nice things to see - The Deep is a very interesting aquarium and well worth a visit. The Streetlife Museum is also a very good free museum which documents the history of Hull's industry and transport network in the form of realistic streetscenes. The Old Town and the Marina are also nice places for a stroll. :)

Is there a "pond-life" museum, as I hear most of the inhabitants of Hull are lowest of low-lifes.... You not included obviously Mr. Laverack...

Down with Gramsby!
If your going to be like that, you might as well say...

Down with Hull, Grimsby, Doncaster and Lincoln

This just leaves Sunny Scunthorpe, which coincidently is the best place in the region
